A 9-month work-learn program offered to foreign governments to upskill their nationals in the skills employed in a tech-advanced warehouse at YCH Singapore, with assignments to logistics operations, operations excellence and business development. Participants return home with renewed employment prospects and international certification.

The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) in Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability is jointly developed and delivered by Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) and Supply Chain & Logistics Academy (SCALA), It combines academic rigour with industry expertise to equip learners with in-demand supply chain capabilities through a blend of classroom learning, industry exposure, and workplace application.
