New Hire Career Conversion Program (CCP)
Roles in logistics and supply chain often demand quick impact, which makes hiring outside the industry feel risky. At the same time, enabling mid‑career switches means allowing a brief, structured ramp‑up as new hires build the right skills.
The Career Conversion Programme helps bridge this gap. It offsets 70% to 90% of the new hire’s salary for up to six months while they undergo structured On‑the‑Job Training, which we can help you design. This significantly reduces hiring risk and cost, while giving you access to experienced mid‑career professionals with strong transferable skills and fresh perspectives that can improve the way your operations run.
