The Internationalisation Program is designed to help logistics and manufacturing companies who have some overseas footing gain greater growth through YCH Group's Asia Pacific network.

About SCALA
SCALA is an industry-level academy for logistics and supply chain and since 2016, has been appointed by the Singapore government through the Workforce Agency (WSG) to provide training, development and employment opportunities for individuals interested to build a career in logistics.
As the foremost Experiential Workplace Learning (EWL) academy, SCALA works with YCH Group to offer hands-on training in a live environment so that participants don't just sit in the classroom, but see, feel and even operate their knowledge in the real world.

This program lasts 9 months & is conducted both in English and Chinese. The outline is:

5 Days Workshop:
Fundamentals of Logistics Management

4 Days Learning Visit:

Fee
Fee is the SAME for either Program
Normal All-In Fee: NT$620,000
Bursary given by YCH Group: NT$150,000
Nett All-In Fee: NT$470,000
Inclusive of:
1. Airfare and accommodation in Singapore
2. 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST) for Singapore portion of program worth $7,250 ($652.50)
3. All materials
Payment:
Deposit (refundable if no class start): NT$20,000
Balance (upon class confirmation): NT$600,000 (without bursary)
Balance (upon class confirmation): NT$450,000 (with bursary)
Note:
1. The above fee is in NTD equivalent. Participant will be billed / charged in SGD at the exchange rate of SGD1 to NTD23.25. (This is the average exchange rate from 15 May to 31 May 2025)
2. The SGD fee payable is therefore:
Fee (before bursary): SGD26,666.67
Bursary: SGD6,451.61
Net Fee (after bursary): SGD20,215.06
Deposit fee: SGD860.22
Balance Fee (upon class confirmation): SGD19,354.84
3. Participant may end up paying more or less than the above fee quoted in NTD because of exchange rate fluctuations.
4. Bursary is provided by YCH Group on a goodwill basis and limited to the first 20 pax to sign up for each program
5. The bursary amount may change or be withdrawn without notice.
6. Cancellation: Participant may email enquiries@scala.com.sg to cancel their registration without need to ascribe reason and receive full refund of the fees within 7 days of registration. Any requests for cancellation after 7 days attracts 20% admin charge (SGD172.04 or NT$4,000).
