Not just during the program, but extended to 3 months after the end of the program. UNLIMITED sessions!

Just like speed dating, employers and participants will be hosted to a speed interviewing event (a job fair of sorts!)

A curated event where participants are taught apply networking techniques to advance one's value proposition confidently

Schedule

All sessions will be held at SCALA. Each session is a full day from 9am to 5pm. It is NOT mandatory to attend all sessions if you cannot make it; although that is highly recommended. You will have a coach that you can rely on to supplement any missing information. Sessions will not be repeated BUT you may be invited to attend any industry visits if you have missed them with other cohorts from SCALA. 

Sessions are held every Wednesday starting 7 Jan 2026, with a break during CNY week.
