The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) in Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability is jointly developed and delivered by Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) and Supply Chain & Logistics Academy (SCALA), It combines academic rigour with industry expertise to equip learners with in-demand supply chain capabilities through a blend of classroom learning, industry exposure, and workplace application. NP oversees the academic delivery, while SCALA drives industry-led components such as learning journeys, workplace attachments, and mentorship.

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance

  • All Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above are eligible for Training Allowance

  • 50% of your average earned monthly income in the latest 12 months* before course start date, with a minimum allowance of $300 and maximum allowance of $3,000 per month

Key Points of Course

  • Up to 90% course fee subsidy

  • Use of $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) top-up

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 passes including English and Mathematics; NITEC; Higher NITEC.

  • On completion of this course, learners will be able to:
