All eligible Singapore registered businesses can claim salary support for new hires of up to $3000 per month for 18 months through the WSG’s Professional Conversion Programme (PCP).
The PCP provides:
Up to 45% Salary Support for 18 months
From 1st Sep 2020 to 28 Feb 2021, the Salary Support disbursement under the Logistics PCP and Supply Chain PCP for new hires hired between 1 Sep 2020 – 28 Feb 2021 will be over a longer period, which comprises of the training duration for the conversion programme plus an additional period of retention (which is equivalent to the training duration). The Salary Support quantum, however remains the same.
