The Redeployment Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is a collaboration between WSG and Supply Chain And Logistics Academy that helps businesses re-train their workforce to remain relevant in their organization.
By providing financial support, the programme also helps employers defray the cost of retraining loyal employees and retain effective talent.

There are no training courses required for the Reployment CCP. Staff placed in this CCP are only required to complete an in-house OJT conducted by the employer.
All Singaporean Citizens/Permanent Residents who are:
Risk of Job Redundancy# through enterprise transformation
(e.g Technology Adoption, Business model changes) or Risk of Retrenchment; and
Redeployed roles must be a horizontal* / vertical shift^; and
Company committed to Human Capital Development

*Job level and salary should not be lower than previous
^Company should provide an increment that commensurate the new role / responsibility if applicable
