The Redeployment Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is a collaboration between WSG and Supply Chain And Logistics Academy that helps individuals re-train their skill set to remain relevant in their current organization.

​By providing financial support, the programme also helps employers defray the cost of retraining loyal employees and retain effective talent.

Programme Construct

There are no training courses required for the Reployment CCP. Staff placed in this CCP are only required to complete an in-house OJT conducted by the employer.

All Singaporean Citizens/Permanent Residents who are:

  • Current employees whose jobs are affected by the company's transformation and may be at-risk of skills redundancy or experience risk of retrenchment.
  • Both PMETs and Rank-and-File employees are applicable

# No. of workers needed for this job role/department will be decreased due to enterprise transformation

*Job level and salary should not be lower than previous

^Company should provide an increment that commensurate the new role / responsibility if applicable

Our curriculum is created with the combined effort of our Board of Advisors and industry veterans. Are there training classes for my employee in the Redeployment CCP?

There are no training classes for employees. The redeployment CCP is meant to assist employers retain employees by retraining them into new roles.

I would like to transfer one staff to a new role in our warehouse, can I register him for CCP?

The Redeployment CCP is meant to reskill current workforce made redundant due to impact by changes in technology or business.
