  • Retail Elective: Trainees are to develop and implement a business / transformation plan to help their company establish an e-Commerce presence or a develop a related e-Commerce marketing / sales campaign.


Funding & Salary Support

To encourage employers to take on mid-career switchers without the requisite experience or skills, funding support will be provided during a CCP conversion programme

*Different funding caps may apply. Read note below on salary support**.

1. LTU: unemployed for 6 months or more
2. Mature: aged 40 and above

**From 1st Sep 2020 to 31 Mar 2022, the Salary Support disbursement under the Professional Conversion Programmes or Career Conversion Programmes for new hires hired between 1 Sep 2020 - 31 Mar 2022 will be disbursed over a longer period. This comprises the training duration for the conversion programme plus an additional period of retention (which is equivalent to the training duration).

As such, the monthly disbursement and cap will be halved, so that the total salary support amount remains the same.

Full Course Fee: $8,600.00
70% Course Fee Grant: $6,020.00
30% Nett Fee: $2,580.00
GST on 30% Nett Fee: $180.60
Fee payable on enrollment: $2,760.60
Additional 20% Course Fee Subsidy: $1,720.00

Note:

      1. All companies will pay the nett fee payable (with GST) upon registration.
      2. SMEs and companies that employ Singaporean participants aged 40 and above will receive an additional 20% course fee funding.
      3. Additional funding will be available to companies at the END of the programme and reimbursed through Finance Management System (FMS)

Eligibility & Criteria

Employer
  • Be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Be committed to work with WSG and SCALA on the necessary administrative matters related to the CCP.
  • Offer employment directly related to the job which the CCP is for, with remuneration that is aligned with the market rate.
  • Commit to the CCP training arrangements for the trainees
  • Employee count of at least 5 or more.
Jobseeker/ PMETs
  • Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Participant must be newly hired PMET and nominated by an eligible participating company for the CCP within 3 months of their hiring
  • Participant must not be in a similar job role prior to joining CCP and have at least 2 years of working experience; and
  • Participants are expected to hold a minimum of a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum starting salary of: S$2,500.00
