Since our founding, SCALA has focused on the Professional Conversion Programme. Tasking ourselves with providing an avenue of conversion for PMETs to make the career-switch to the Logistics Sector.

As the industry itself changes, we must change with it. SCALA has been working with employers and government agencies to curate new programmes that will match the required talent demands of the industry.

Periodically, SCALA will send out a “demand sensing” to our corporate network and various partners. Operating like a census, this “demand sensing” allows us to get a feel of what the industry requires from potential programmes, as well as obtain valuable feedback that will be used to improve future programmes.
