SCALA’s Professional Conversion Programmes were designed as part of the Adapt and Grow initiative to provide greater support to mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs). The 9-month PCPs are administered by Supply Chain and Logistics Academy (SCALA)
The Logistics/Supply Chain Professional Conversion Programme (LPCP and SCPCP) helps mid-career professionals, managers, executives or technicians (PMETs) gain a foothold in the supply chain & logistics industry. These mid-career switchers bring with them valuable transferable skills that, when combined with our PCPs, will allow them to provide fresh solutions against the challenges your business faces.
Our curriculum is co-created with our trainers, who are industry veterans from a wide variety of companies in the logistics and supply chain sector. Emphasizing future-ready skills and knowledge, the curriculum will arm your new employees with present and future knowledge that allows them to adopt a broad-based approach to your business.
Alongside our industry-focused curriculum, our PCPs are also supported by government grants. Depending on the employee registered for the course, the grants can either be 70% or 90% of course fee grants and salary support.
