- A delivery charge applies
- Delivery only applies within Singapore

Delivery by Registered Mail via Singapore Post.

How long does it take to place an order and when will my package arrive?
As soon as you click the Order Now button on our shopping cart and confirm payment, your order is placed immediately. If the order is placed before 3 pm, it will be sent out within 3 working days.
If you opt for Direct Deposit or iBanking, arrangements for delivery will only begin when the transaction is successful.
Note:
In the event that your package was not delivered or not received within the specified time frame, please contact us at 6536 9918 or info@scala.com.sg within 7 days so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
If the address provided to S. Bio Marketing Asia Pte Ltd is incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@scala.com.sg to advise us of the change of address. If the recipient is not at the address you have given at the time of delivery, Singapore Post’s standard practice is to leave a card in the mail box or front door with instruction for redelivery or self-collection at the post office.
